Role & responsibilities Testing and validation (FW & HW) of product at Developing stage and Ensure About requirements specification and criteria of IS/IEC. • Find out observations and failure for the product to Ensure Quality &Test to fail product for continuous improvement & Field Analysis. • Agile process for Development cycle to production life cycle including bug reports, FW traceblity • Validation & Development support include exposure like TIM Itron (3rd Party tool), Metering technology, Revenue protection, Tamper analysis electricity. • Strong knowledge of Standard compliance, tender compliance verification as per IS 15959, 16444, 13779,15884, IEC 62052-11,62053-21,22,23,24, 62055-31 with latest amendment and tamper conditions. • Independently handled design validation, preparing of test cases and execute test plans, test reports. Support in Integration of DLMS with third party tools with Secure make meters. • Smart Meter, Prepayment meter, HT grid/ABT meters, AMISP, HES,MDMS testing and End to end System validation including products. • AMI and smart metering program requirements & verification as per the CEA guidelines and IS 15959 requirements. • Work closely with Quality, Reliability, Production and Marketing to make sure products being developed meet their requirements. • Testing and characterization of the circuits under development. Tamper simulation and analysis of field failure, fraud cases analysis, Logic improvement for detection tampers/events in meter. • Work with the team to collect, organize, analyze, and report product performance data. • Knowledge of Prepayment & Smart meter System and interface with meters and flow. • HES with IPv6,IPv4 enabled networks for Smart meter data transfer like FTP,TCP,UDP.
