Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a competent and experienced Accountant who can independently manage end-to-end accounting operations, including billing, accounting entries, statutory compliances, banking, and finalization of accounts. The candidate should be well-versed in GST, PF, ESIC, BRC, Tally Prime, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Independently handle end-to-end accounting
Preparation of sales invoices, purchase invoices, and billing
Passing of all accounting entries and finalization of accounts
Handling cash and bank transactions including payments and receipts
Preparation and maintenance of cash book, bank book, and cash sheet
Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) and proper voucher entries
Payment and filing of PF & ESIC challans
Complete GST compliance GST returns, reconciliation, and filings
Maintain statutory registers and complete accounting records
Handling Bank Realisation Certificate (BRC) and related documentation
Knowledge of export and import documentation
Preparation of MIS reports (cash, bank, and financial MIS)
Coordination with auditors and support during audits

Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong hands-on knowledge of end-to-end accounting
In-depth understanding of GST, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances
Practical experience with BRC and export/import accounting
Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
Experience in BRS, vouchers, cash & bank reconciliation
