Accounts Executive

Role Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. Prepare and analyze financial statements for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain ledgers and prepare journal entries. Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. Monitor accounts payable and receivable for timely payments. Prepare tax returns and ensure timely submission. Provide insights on cost control and financial performance improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives. Address client inquiries regarding billing and payments. Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems. Implement and maintain internal control procedures. Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures. Conduct financial data analysis to support decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Experience with tax preparation and compliance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work in a team and independently. Previous experience in a technology company is a plus. Knowledge of financial auditing processes is preferred. Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are advantageous. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial matters.
