Role Responsibilities Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and issues. Identify opportunities for sales growth within existing accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Conduct regular meetings with clients to review services and gather feedback. Prepare and present reports on client feedback and growth strategies. Assist clients in understanding and utilizing our products effectively. Resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner. Work with the marketing team to align strategies with client needs. Implement client onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration. Monitor market trends to ensure competitive positioning of our services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and best practices. Facilitate training sessions for clients on new products and features. Develop and deliver proposals tailored to client requirements. Track and report on client engagement metrics and success stories. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in client relationship management or similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of CRM software and data analysis tools. Familiarity with sales and marketing concepts. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Experience in the technology sector is preferred. Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Passion for customer service and client satisfaction.
