We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO who shares our passion for innovation and embodies our values. Role Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.Prepare and organize meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations.Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Support project management tasks, ensuring timely completion of initiatives.Conduct research and compile data for decision-making purposes.Assist in drafting communication and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.Organize and prioritize incoming tasks and requests for the CEO.Assist with event planning and logistics for corporate events.Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO when necessary.Facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Prepare reports and summaries as requested.Continue to enhance administrative processes for efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Experience handling confidential information with integrity.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.Demonstrated adaptability to changing priorities and environments.Familiarity with project management tools and software.Basic knowledge of financial principles is a plus.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.Availability to work on-site in India.
