Key Responsibilities: Execution Oversight: Track and follow through on strategic initiatives across functions, ensuring deadlines are met and actions taken. Act as the CEO’s internal "project integrator" for cross-functional efforts. Meeting & Reviews: Own the CEO’s review rhythm — including prep, briefing notes, dashboards, follow-up actions — for internal leadership meetings, board updates, and strategic reviews. Strategic Communication: Draft internal communications, presentations, and CEO updates that align stakeholders and create clarity around ongoing priorities. Leadership Team Coordination: Work closely with Directors and functional heads to remove execution bottlenecks. Maintain pulse on cross-functional dependencies, risks, and decision gaps. Decision Support & Prioritization: Act as a filter and amplifier — helping the CEO prioritize what truly moves the needle and manage what can be delegated, paused, or re-sequenced. Profile of the Ideal Candidate: 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, or a CEO’s office MBA or equivalent is preferred Strong project management skills with a bias for action and attention to detail Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal maturity — able to work with internal leaders and external stakeholders while maintaining discretion and humility Ability to simplify complexity and create execution clarity Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
