Key Responsibilities:
Track and follow through on strategic initiatives across functions, ensuring deadlines are met and actions taken. Act as the CEO’s internal "project integrator" for cross-functional efforts.
Own the CEO’s review rhythm — including prep, briefing notes, dashboards, follow-up actions — for internal leadership meetings, board updates, and strategic reviews.
Draft internal communications, presentations, and CEO updates that align stakeholders and create clarity around ongoing priorities.
Work closely with Directors and functional heads to remove execution bottlenecks. Maintain pulse on cross-functional dependencies, risks, and decision gaps.
Act as a filter and amplifier — helping the CEO prioritize what truly moves the needle and manage what can be delegated, paused, or re-sequenced.
