Client Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and engage with clients through virtual platforms.
• Update and maintain clients’ monthly budgets and perform detailed monthly budget analysis.
• Conduct quarterly financial review meetings with clients.
• Perform annual reviews of clients’ financial plans.
• Coordinate with auditors to ensure timely filing of clients’ income tax returns.
• Identify gaps in clients’ portfolios and recommend suitable improvements.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to client queries.
• Generate referrals from existing clients and convert them into new business.
• Manage annual subscription renewals for assigned clients.
