The Service Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves daily interactions with clients to understand their financial needs and offering personalized solutions. Effective communication and a strong background in finance are essential to support and enhance client relationships. Qualifications Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction Strong Communication skills Background in Finance and Customer Service Ability to work effectively on-site in Madurai Excellent problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
