Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madurai. The Service Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves daily interactions with clients to understand their financial needs and offering personalized solutions. Effective communication and a strong background in finance are essential to support and enhance client relationships.

• Background in Finance and Customer Service
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Madurai
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
