Business Development & Client Relations Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the assigned region. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and developers. Negotiate contracts, bids, and proposals with clients and vendors. Achieve revenue and profitability targets for the region. 3. Team Leadership & Coordination Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and regional staff. Set performance goals and review team achievements periodically. Conduct regular site visits to review work progress and resolve operational issues. Coordinate with head office departments like Finance, HR, and Procurement. 4. Financial & Administrative Control Prepare regional budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
