Regional Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Operations & Project Management

• Supervise multiple construction projects within the region from initiation to completion.
  
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  
• Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and manpower deployment.
  
• Implement safety, quality, and environmental standards at all sites.
  

2. Business Development & Client Relations

• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the assigned region.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government agencies, and developers.
  
• Negotiate contracts, bids, and proposals with clients and vendors.
  
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets for the region.
  

3. Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and regional staff.
  
• Set performance goals and review team achievements periodically.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to review work progress and resolve operational issues.
  
• Coordinate with head office departments like Finance, HR, and Procurement.
  

4. Financial & Administrative Control

• Prepare regional budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  
• Monitor project cash flow, cost control, and billing schedules.
  
• Approve vendor payments and client invoices in coordination with finance.
  

5. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure all regional operations comply with statutory regulations, safety laws, and company policies.
  
• Submit regular progress, performance, and MIS reports to management.
  
• Handle risk management, quality audits, and client feedback systems.
