Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement strategies to make headquarter and regional profit centers.
Ensure timely completion of periodicals and paperwork by the team.
Participate in all tenders and rate contracts as per company norms.
Build and maintain a well-knit team that meets targets and exhibits teamwork.
Inculcate company policies and philosophy into the team.
Evaluate team performance monthly and take corrective measures promptly.
Monitor team members' call average, distributor / customer / product-wise achievement of targets, and ensure optimal resource utilization and territory coverage.
Maintain product positioning and grid (Doctor - Product - Doctor) to stay updated on market trends and motivate/retain team members.
