Hiring: Regional Director – Construction

Regional Director – Construction

This role will provide strategic direction, oversee project governance, ensure on-time delivery, and lead high-performing teams across multiple project sites.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full project lifecycle — from

  Base Build to Handover

• Manage multiple project portfolios across West & South India
• Drive delivery excellence, safety culture, quality compliance & governance
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (PM, Planning, QA/QC, EHS, QS/Contracts)
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and statutory authorities
• Monitor project KPIs, budgets, risk controls, timelines, and operational performance
• Manage change orders, contracts, claims, and commercial compliance

🔹 Desired Profile:

• B.E./B.Tech (Civil)

  — Master’s in Construction/Project Management preferred

• 20–25 years

  of proven experience in large-scale

  Commercial, Mixed-Use, Industrial, Corporate Fit-Outs, or Institutional Projects

• Strong leadership background with exposure to multi-project oversight
• Experience in project governance, stakeholder management, and client interfacing
• Familiar with digital construction tools, Lean methodology, and safety standards
