Regional Manager

As a Regional Manager for Healthcare or Hospital, preferably Renal care, your role will involve leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability. You should have experience in management, operations, and marketing in the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving business goals and revenue targets. - Identifying space and developing new centers. - Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives. - Training and supporting center managers, conducting regular performance appraisals. - Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans. - Managing internal and external stakeholder relations, negotiating contracts. - Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. - Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards. - Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed. - Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances. - Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions. - Govt. Liaisoning and Network development. - Controlling purchase and usage of inventory to prevent pilferage and shrinkage. - Forecasting regarding increase or decrease in business and planning accordingly. - Managing manpower regarding any leave and transfer in any center. - Experience in handling more than 3 to 4 centers simultaneously. Qualifications Required: - Skills in management, hospital operations, healthcare, marketing, stakeholder management. - Experience in business operations and renal care. - Proficiency in customer escalation management.
