Regional Manager

As a Regional Manager at a well-established Multinational Manufacturing company, your role will involve preparing and driving sales plans for the region in collaboration with the National Sales Manager (NSM) on an annual basis to achieve business objectives. You will be responsible for identifying potential growth areas and problem areas at the zonal level, planning initiatives to improve sales and market share, and identifying market share gain opportunities and challenges. Additionally, you will work with the NSM to plan market development activities, including business priorities, market share gaining activities, focused products, and low base & low growth markets. Your role will also involve identifying new opportunity areas at the zonal level, leveraging them through suitable actions, and sharing them with the division leadership team. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare & Drive Sales plan for the region in collaboration with NSM on an annual basis - Identify potential growth & problem areas at the zonal level and plan initiatives to improve sales & market share - Identify market share gain opportunities/challenges and plan actions in collaboration with NSM and BM - Work with NSM to plan market development activities comprising of Business priorities, Market Share Gaining activities, Focused Products, and Low Base & Low Growth Markets - Identify new opportunity areas at the zonal level and take suitable actions - Support the BMs in improvement of low performing front line executives - Lead New Product launch in the region and meet new product launch objectives Qualifications Required: - Post Graduate in MBA - 12 years of experience as Regional Head/Zonal Head in FMCG/Food processing industry In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, as a Regional Manager, you are expected to possess business acumen, effective planning skills, customer focus, the ability to leverage human potential, and a strategic business orientation.,
