Job Description

Major Requirements:

Experience in FMCG background is a must, Handling FMCG Clients (2- 3 yrs experience in merchandising) / 3-4 Yrs as ASM in FMCG Background
Handled Retail Operations, Trade Marketing, Modern Trade handling, Promoter project handling
Hindi speaking skills is a must-have

Role & responsibilities

Plans on budget and manages complete merchandising delivery system for Client on a National Level.
Ensuring KPIs are met for all channels and programs and work closely with Senior Management.
Ensures through his RM's/OM's that all the SOPs are in place.
Adds value through new initiatives and processes in concurrence with Client.
Works on developing and training through modules of merchandising & Promotion.
Monitors budgets and develops economic working norms.
Ensures a legally compliant system across the country.
Work to correct and enhance the delivery model, wherever required to ensure timely delivery & Monitor the quality of execution.
Escalate issues & guide the concerned team if any.
Negotiate with client for salary increment/incentives and for getting additional business
Closely Monitors the MIS, evaluates reports.
Evaluates and reviews operations with RM's/OMs on a monthly basis.
Best practices to be adopted and act as Brand ambassador of PPMS
