Role Overview

Zonal Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Business Growth

• Drive zonal business targets for

  Affordable Housing Loans, Home Loans, LAP

  , and other retail mortgage products.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales numbers across the zone.
• Strengthen customer acquisition through direct and channel-based sourcing.

2. Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead State Heads, Cluster Managers, Branch Managers, and field sales teams.
• Build strong, stable, high-performing teams through hiring, training, and coaching.
• Conduct regular productivity reviews and performance tracking.

3. Market Expansion & Channel Development

• Grow business through

  DSAs, connectors, builders, and real estate networks

  .
• Identify new markets and potential locations for branch expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sourcing partners.

4. Portfolio Quality & Risk Management

• Ensure strong portfolio health with controlled delinquency and bounce rates.
• Maintain compliance with credit policies, KYC guidelines, audit requirements, and regulatory norms.
• Coordinate closely with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure quality sourcing.

5. Sales Operations & Reporting

• Ensure CRM hygiene, MIS accuracy, and effective funnel management.
• Track KPIs including login-to-disbursement ratio, TAT, sourcing mix, and customer satisfaction.
• Present zone-wise performance insights to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree;

  MBA preferred

  .

• 10–18 years of experience

  in Affordable Housing Finance / Housing Finance / Mortgage / NBFC.
• Minimum

  4–6 years

  of experience in

  regional or multi-state sales leadership

  .
• Strong understanding of

  retail mortgage products, credit processes, and compliant sourcing

  .
• Proven record in

  team leadership, channel management, and revenue delivery

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in

  Affordable Housing / HL / LAP / Home Loan

  portfolios.
• Strong DSA / Connector / Builder network across

  South India

  .
• Experience with

  digital sourcing, fintech partnerships, and CRM platforms

  .
• Ability to manage high-pressure environments with strong ownership and stability.
