Position Overview

The Zonal Sales Manager – West Zone will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, and leading the sales team across the Western Zone. The role demands a highly target-driven leader with strong FMCG market experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve zonal sales targets and deliver consistent revenue growth
• Lead and supervise RSMs, ASMs, and the on-ground sales team
• Expand distribution network and strengthen market presence
• Appoint and manage Super Stockists, Distributors, and key retail partners
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
• Ensure timely reporting, data accuracy, and adherence to company policies
• Drive primary and secondary sales through structured planning and monitoring
• Enforce disciplined performance, productivity, and market execution within the zone

Qualifications

• Graduate / MBA preferred
• 8–15 years of FMCG sales experience with strong zonal exposure
• Proven experience in managing large teams and distribution networks

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and planning skills
• Deep understanding of FMCG distribution and trade channels
• Highly result-oriented, disciplined, and performance-driven
