15+ years of pharma selling experience including
2+ years as relevant Managerial exposure

by managing budgets, conducting SWOT analyses, and delivering on net contribution targets.
Set up strategic
geographical coverage, headcount allocation, and KPI planning to align resources with business objectives.

DSMs, RMs, ABMs, and MEs to boost field force productivity, growth and
increase market share
.
Ensure monthly
monitoring
of secondary sales and inventory at every HQ to optimize supply performance.
Drive
key customer development
while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Oversee
operational excellence
by managing depot/C&FA operations, sales forecasting, indenting, and inventory redistribution.
Engage KOLs/KBLs
through CMEs and other educational activities to support brand positioning.
Build team performance
through targeted coaching, training, and inspiring leadership.
Manage vacancies proactively
to maintain continuity and ensure zonal business momentum.
