Job Description

Role & responsibilities Experience: 2-6 years API Patent Landscape Report Preparation for various markets i.e US, EP, AU, IN and ROW; Prior art searching and preparation of Invalidity and/or Non-Infringement bases; Patentability searches and patent drafting and filing; Experience in handling various IP databases like Scifinder, IPD Analytics, Ark Patents etc; API FTO analysis and experience in providing IP Strategies and clearance to Formulation strategies to R&D teams; Knowledge of Patent and exclusivity certifications and Label carve outs for US market; Knowledge of data exclusivity provisions for various regulated markets; Good spoken and written communication skills; Preferred candidate profile Qualified Indian Patent Agent/PG Diploma in IPR (will be an added advantage)
