Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Specialist who can manage, optimize, and extend the Zoho ecosystem across multiple business functions.


The Zoho Specialist will lead the configuration, customization, automation, and support of various Zoho applications. This includes CRM, Analytics, People, Recruit, Creator, Projects, Books, and other tools within the Zoho suite.


The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience, process understanding, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Zoho solutions. This role requires both functional and technical capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

Zoho Application Management & Customization

• Configure, customize, and maintain various Zoho applications including CRM, Analytics, People, Recruit, Books, Projects, Creator, and others as required.

• Create and manage custom modules, fields, forms, page layouts, validation rules, views, and templates.

• Define and maintain user roles, profiles, permissions, and data-sharing settings across Zoho apps.

• Interpret business needs and translate them into structured Zoho configurations and workflows.


Workflow Automation & Process Design

• Build workflow rules, blueprints, approval processes, notifications, and multi-step automations.

• Develop custom functions using Deluge for advanced use-cases and system logic.

• Implement assignment rules, escalation rules, triggers, and process-based routing.

• Analyze business processes and recommend automation or system enhancements.


Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics

• Design and manage dashboards and analytics across Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics.

• Create reports for operational, management, and strategic requirements.

• Automate KPI tracking, data refreshes, and cross-department performance reports.

• Support data-driven decision-making through visual insights and trend analysis.


Data Management & Integrations

• Handle data imports, exports, cleansing, data mapping, and quality checks.

• Manage data migration between systems and maintain data consistency across Zoho apps.

• Develop and maintain integrations using Zoho Flow, APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools.

• Ensure smooth data flow between Zoho products and external business systems.


Support, Documentation & User Enablement

• Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across Zoho applications.

• Prepare SOPs, process documentation, system configuration notes, and admin guides.

• Conduct training sessions, onboarding, and feature walk-throughs for internal teams.

• Serve as the central point of expertise for Zoho administration and optimization.


Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing and customizing Zoho applications.

• Strong understanding of business processes across sales, HR, finance, operations, or support functions.

• Experience building complex workflows, blueprints, automation rules, and Deluge-based custom functions.

• Proficiency in Zoho Analytics including dashboards, reporting, and data modeling.

• Solid experience in data management, migration, and data integrity practices.

• Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, Zoho Flow, and integration architectures.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent field.


Preferred Qualifications

• Zoho certifications (CRM, Analytics, Creator, etc.).

• Experience working with Zoho Creator for custom app development.

• Exposure to finance modules such as Zoho Books or Zoho Inventory.

• Background in consulting, solution implementation, or cross-functional digital transformation.
