SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) Functional Consultant
SAP SD/OTC modules
fully remote, contractual position
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement SAP OTC processes covering
Order Management, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, and Credit Management
. - Configure SAP SD modules and ensure seamless integration with
FI, MM, and LE
components. - Support regional localisation requirements such as
VAT, GST, e-invoicing, and multi-currency handling
across EMEA/APAC. - Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and develop functional blueprints and solution designs.
- Lead full lifecycle implementation activities — from
configuration, testing (UAT), and cutover planning to go-live and post-production support
. - Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to enable accurate data and financial postings across processes.
- Identify opportunities for
process improvement, automation, and simplification
within OTC workflows. - Maintain high-quality documentation including configuration guides, test scripts, and process maps.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
8–10 years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years as a Functional Consultant in OTC/SD
.Regional Expertise:
Proven experience working in EMEA and/or APAC
environments, with strong understanding of local tax, compliance, and business practices.Technical Proficiency:
- In-depth SAP SD configuration (Order, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, Credit, FI Integration).
- Working knowledge of
S/4HANA Sales
and Fiori applications
preferred. - Familiarity with
IDoc, EDI, BAPI, and PI/PO
integration tools.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or IT.
- SAP SD/OTC certification preferred.
