Position Summary:

Senior SAP Manufacturing / Planning Consultant

SAP PP, MRP, and shop floor control

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of

    SAP PP (Production Planning)

    and

    Manufacturing

    solutions.
  • Manage integration between PP and related modules such as

    MM, QM, SD, and PM

    .
  • Configure and optimize

    MRP (Material Requirements Planning)

    , production versions, routings, BOMs, and capacity planning.
  • Support

    Shop Floor Execution

    ,

    Discrete / Process Manufacturing

    , and

    Make-to-Order / Make-to-Stock

    processes.
  • Conduct workshops with business users to gather requirements and document functional specifications.
  • Develop and test solutions, resolve defects, and provide go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Recommend process improvements aligned with manufacturing best practices and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with integration and technical teams for interfaces with MES and external planning systems.
