As a Senior Manager, Transaction Management at JLL, your role will involve coordinating transactions across the APAC region, delivering comprehensive Transaction Management services to some of the world's largest companies. This position requires a highly energetic individual with exceptional communication, portfolio management, and client relationship management capabilities. You should thrive in a performance-driven environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Independently coordinate medium-complex transactions with major client relationship oversight - Help define and deliver medium portfolio strategy advisory services to clients - Take full responsibility for overall transaction delivery on complex client accounts - Deliver a comprehensive range of real estate and workplace solutions - Present sophisticated financial analyses to clients - Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of all services across multi-service accounts - Lead teams of more than 5 people for extended periods - Arrange and facilitate team training sessions - Work proactively toward achieving performance targets - Drive continuous learning initiatives In your role as a Transaction Consultant, you will support clients in their real estate strategies and execute transactions effectively.
