Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for business and marketing performance. Track key metrics including conversion rates, CPL, CAC, engagement, and ROI. Monitor multi-channel campaign performance (ads, email, WhatsApp, social media). Support A/B testing and help optimise campaigns based on data. Provide audience segmentation and behavioural insights for targeting. Ensure CRM hygiene and data integrity across systems. Work closely with the Product Owner and Campaign Manager to optimise performance. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in data analytics/BI roles. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, email/Whats-app reporting dashboards) preferred. This role requires deep product knowledge, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth operations while aligning with business goals. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end product strategy for all verticals under Endovia Wealth. Define and prioritise product features, road maps, and updates. Write and review content for marketing campaigns, social media posts, and product communication. Collaborate with marketing and campaign teams to ensure alignment. Ensure smooth execution of technical integrations and operations. Regularly track product KPIs and prepare performance reports. Act as the central point of communication between internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech/wealth/edtech domains. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with tech, marketing, and business teams. Good writing and communication skills, with the ability to draft marketing and product-related content. Knowledge of CRM tools and project management systems is a plus.
