Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Consultant. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and providing strategic consulting services. The Consultant will contribute to business planning and drive revenue growth, aligning with organizational objectives while engaging partners and clients to achieve shared success.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong Consulting and Business Planning skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to establish and maintain productive client relationships
• Experience in the real estate, workspace, or related industries is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
