Job Overview: As a Graphic Designer at ClayWorks, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing a wide range of visual materials to support our marketing initiatives and enhance our online presence. From eye-catching social media graphics to polished website assets, you will leverage your creativity and technical skills to deliver impactful designs that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing for marketing and product communication across various digital and offline touchpoints.
- Comfortable handling creative execution across UI/UX, e-mails, social media, banners, videos, GIFs, infographics and print mediums.- Coordinate effectively with the marketing and social media team, and translate vision into design- Ideate and implement strategies along with the social media and digital marketing team- Should be able to think of conceptualize logo units, colour palettes & brand elements.- Candidates must be creative, innovative and able to provide original concepts and designs.- Should be able to ideate and convert briefs into creative visuals. Responsible for visualizing, conceptualizing and executing designs.- Work in collaboration with functional teams to understand briefs/ strategies and effectively execute the design requirements.- Have the capability to operate independently and efficiently with increased levels of self-initiative- A keen and critical eye for design for the purpose of aesthetic benchmarking and quality control- Not only create visually appealing designs but also cognitively engaging ones- Operate on multi-level design strata and be best buddies with more than one design medium be it print, digital, animation, advertising and more. A horizontal, to all verticals- We should be able to think out of the box and should be well versed with the latest trends.- Great comprehension and expression of graphic design.- Proficient and remains up to date with graphic software tools and equipment required of the position.

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Post graduate degree in Graphic Designing with 0 - 1 years of experience as a Graphic Design Intern or a Graphic Designer.Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
