Job Description

Develop dealer-wise, product-wise sales plans for the territory in line with regional business objectives

Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory across all product lines

Maintain credit control as per company policy and manage revenue collections according to the plan

Gather and compile market intelligence on competitors, products, crops, consumption, and trade trends within the territory

Address farmer and dealer issues and concerns proactively

Participate in development activities to ensure product liquidation

Adhere to market coverage standards, including visit frequency and quality

Uphold ethical practices and company values

Identify and develop new markets, dealers, and other channel partners in the territory

Liaise with government and other statutory bodies to ensure compliance within the territory

Adhere to company SOPs

Manage relationships with existing dealers
