Job Description

Job Title: Territory Sales Manager All over India

Department:

Job Summary

Territory Sales Managers

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle sales activities across the assigned

    state territory

    and work towards achieving sales targets.
  • Promote YNM Safety’s

    road safety and safety product portfolio

    to corporates, contractors, infrastructure companies, distributors, and government-related clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the territory.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, site visits, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Prepare and submit

    sales reports and sales forecasts

    to the Head Office.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
  • Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and pricing insights.
  • Represent YNM Safety in local exhibitions, meetings, and industry events when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience

    in sales, preferably in

    road safety, industrial safety, infrastructure, construction, or related B2B sectors

    .
  • Basic understanding of territory sales and customer handling.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in the field.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned state.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM tools.
