Key Responsibilities


  • Prospecting & Outreach

  • Conduct targeted cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to connect with decision-makers across industries.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads in alignment with company sales objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate and close leads for Encriss Group’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align outreach and conversion plans with business goals.
  • Lead Research & Qualification

  • Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and create prospect lists using online tools and databases.
  • Identify and engage with potential prospects in

    through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Assess prospect needs and qualify leads based on fit, interest, and potential.
  • Engagement & Conversion

  • Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings, product demos, or consultations with senior sales leaders.
  • Convert qualified prospects into actionable leads for the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct product demos and deliver persuasive pitches tailored to client requirements.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful discussions to understand their business challenges and present value-driven solutions.
  • Convert qualified leads into opportunities and move them through the sales funnel toward closure.
  • Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of outreach, interactions, and lead status in CRM.
  • Track progress against targets, ensuring timely follow-ups and consistent engagement.
  • Collaboration & Support

  • Provide valuable market insights, prospect feedback, and competitive intelligence to refine approaches.
  • Support the sales team during client acquisition and proposal preparation phases.

  • Qualifications & Skills


    • Experience:

      2–3 years of proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, sales outreach, or business development (B2B experience preferred).
    • Communication:

      Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Tech-Savvy:

      Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and MS Office suite; basic knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
    • Sales Acumen:

      Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
    • Domain Knowledge:

      Basic understanding of automation solutions, IT services, or offshoring models will be an added advantage.
