Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, persuasive, and result-oriented Outreach & Lead Management Executive to join our sales and business development team. The selected candidate will play a key role in prospecting, initiating client conversations, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outreach, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about technology-led solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Outreach
  • Conduct targeted cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to connect with decision-makers across industries.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads in alignment with the company's sales objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate and close leads for Encriss Group’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align outreach and conversion plans with business goals.
  • Lead Research & Qualification
  • Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and create prospect lists using online tools and databases.
  • Identify and engage with potential prospects in India, Canada, Germany, and Dubai through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Assess prospect needs and qualify leads based on fit, interest, and potential.
  • Engagement & Conversion
  • Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings, product demos, or consultations with senior sales leaders.
  • Convert qualified prospects into actionable leads for the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct product demos and deliver persuasive pitches tailored to client requirements.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful discussions to understand their business challenges and present value-driven solutions.
  • Convert qualified leads into opportunities and move them through the sales funnel toward closure.
