Telesales Executive

• Lead Generation:Telecallers make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services, explain their benefits, and generate interest.
• Sales:They persuade customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or take other desired actions.
• Market Research:They may conduct surveys or gather feedback from potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Follow-up:They follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Inbound Calling:

• Customer Service:Telecallers handle incoming calls from customers with inquiries, complaints, or requests for support.
• Information Provision:They provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and company policies.
• Problem Resolution:They address customer issues and strive to find solutions to their problems.
• Order Taking:In some cases, they may take and process customer orders over the phone.

General Responsibilities:

• Communication:Excellent communication skills are essential for both listening to customers and clearly explaining information.
• Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales transactions is crucial.
• Target Achievement:Many telecalling roles involve meeting daily or weekly call targets and sales goals.
