Job Description

Tele caller (Female) – 4 Years’ Experience

Position Overview

The Tele caller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, providing information to customers, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. With 4 years of experience, she is expected to have strong communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries efficiently, and contribute to the company’s sales and support goals.

Key Responsibilities1. Calling & Lead Generation

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.

2. Customer Interaction

  • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and company offerings.
  • Maintain a positive, helpful attitude during all interactions.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them through appropriate solutions.

3. Data Management

  • Update and maintain customer records in CRM or call logs.
  • Track daily calls, leads generated, and conversion details.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

4. Coordination

  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead transfer and follow-ups.
  • Assist in promotional campaigns and outbound calling activities.
  • Support customer service departments when needed.

5. Performance & Communication

  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets.
  • Report call outcomes and customer feedback to supervisors.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of tele calling or customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages (as required).
  • Good listening skills and a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes with patience and professionalism.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
