Job Description

The role of HR Management Assistant involves performing various recruitment activities and responsibilities such as monitoring personnel documents, updating the company database with new employee data, creating and distributing documentation on organization guidelines, managing salary billing information, and publishing job ads on different platforms. You will be responsible for planning interviews with potential candidates, creating reports and presentations on HR-related metrics, and addressing employee inquiries regarding services and leave days. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Company Management, along with at least 2 years of professional experience in HR Management or a similar role. Proficiency with HR Information Systems and knowledge of labor laws are required. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organization and analytical skills, exceptional customer service skills, and strong negotiation and sales skills are also essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to maintain employee records, handle multiple tasks, outstanding problem-solving skills, and exceptional attention to detail are necessary attributes for this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and a yearly bonus. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in HR Administration. The work location for this role is in person.,
