About the Role

The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative tasks, employee coordination, documentation, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations Administration

Maintain and update employee records in HRMS/KEKA.

Manage attendance, leaves, and weekly/monthly MIS reports.

Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other employee documents.

Assist in onboarding and induction formalities.

2. Employee Engagement Coordination

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and monthly events.

Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth functioning of HR processes.

4. Documentation

Maintain employee personal files and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Assist the Liaisoning team in basic documentation and coordination (if required).

5. Office Administration

Oversee housekeeping, stationery, and vendor management.

Ensure office assets and inventory records are maintained properly.
