Role Overview

We are looking for highly driven Tele sales Executives with prior experience in banking, NBFC, insurance, investment products, or other financial services. The ideal candidate will be skilled in consultative selling, capable of handling financial queries, and confident in promoting financial products over the phone. This role offers strong incentives and significant growth opportunities for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote financial products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, investment plans, or savings products.
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend the most suitable solutions.
  • Clearly explain product benefits, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and financial terms.
  • Handle objections with confidence, maintain compliance standards, and follow regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance benchmarks.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure consistent conversion and strong customer engagement.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, interest rates, market trends, and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in tele sales within financial services (banking, NBFC, insurance, broking, fintech, etc.). Freshers are welcome.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and customer profiling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to explain financial concepts clearly and confidently.
  • High resilience, target orientation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with sales scripts, CRM tools, and compliance guidelines.
  • Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.
