Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls to customers to provide information, sell products/services, resolve issues, or collect payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads.
Handle inbound customer queries and provide timely solutions.
Explain products or services to potential clients and handle objections.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Follow up on leads and ensure consistent communication.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Maintain call quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in [English / Hindi / Regional Language].
Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.
Basic computer knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
