Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele caller Team Leader to manage, guide, and motivate our tele calling team. The role requires handling targets, monitoring performance, ensuring quality calls, and driving sales/lead generation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of telecallers to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets. Train, mentor, and motivate team members for improved performance. Monitor calls to ensure quality, compliance, and effective communication. Allocate leads, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups. Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on team performance. Resolve escalated customer issues and provide support. Work closely with management to develop strategies for lead generation and conversions. Requirements: Graduate / Diploma holder preferred. 2–4 years of telecalling/telesales experience with at least 1 year in a team leader role. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools. Task-driven and ability to work under pressure.
