Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Outbound Process) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives Work Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad. Employment Type: Full-Time & Work from Office Languages: Hindi, Telugu (Preferred) & English (Required) Qualification: Graduation (Any Stream) Experience Required: Minimum 6 months – 1 year in telesales / outbound calling (mandatory) Shift Timing : 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (General Shift) Week Off: 1 Rotational week off Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join outbound sales process team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience. Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers. Explain products/services and address customer queries effectively. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Maintain call records and update accurately. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality interactions. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Telugu and English is required. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Confidence in handling customer objections. Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
