Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  Dealer & Channel Appointment:  Identify, evaluate, and appoint new dealers, distributors, and channel partners in North Region market (Delhi/Haryana/UP/UK/Rajasthan/Punjab/Chandigarh/J&K).  Negotiate dealership terms and ensure compliance with company policies.  Sales & Business Development:  Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Air curtains and PVC strip curtains.  Generate new business through lead generation, cold calling, and field visits.  Maintain and grow relationships with existing dealers and customers. Technical Support & Product Promotion:  Provide technical product presentations, demonstrations, and training to dealers/channel Partners and end-users.  Assist dealers in selecting appropriate models based on customer requirements and site conditions.  Collaborate with the design/engineering team for custom or large-scale project requirements. Market Analysis & Reporting:  Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and track competitor activities.  Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.  Recommend marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies. Customer Service:  Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support coordination with Service team.  Address and resolve customer complaints in coordination with the service team. Qualifications & Skills: Education:  Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC Engineering, or equivalent.  MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory). Experience:  2–6 years of experience in technical or industrial product sales, preferably in HVAC, air curtains, strip curtains, or building material products.  Proven experience in dealer appointment and channel management. Skills:  Strong technical understanding of air curtains, blowers, and industrial curtain systems.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.  Self-motivated with strong organizational and presentation abilities.  Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):  Dealer / Channel partner appointments per quarter.  Sales target achievement (monthly, quarterly, annual).  Dealer satisfaction and retention rate.  Market expansion and brand visibility.
