Join us andcontribute to a company that puts customer trust and high standards at the heart ofeverything it does.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Drive sales of flat steel products including MS/CR Sheets, GP/GC Sheets, and Color-Coated Products.• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing andexpanding existing institutional client accounts.• Generate and qualify leads, deliver compelling sales presentations, and ensureseamless end-to-end deal closures.• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through regularengagement, high service standards, and a deep understanding of client needs.• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensurealigned communication, timely resolutions, and smooth execution.• Leverage internal collaboration and external networks to support clientacquisition, retention, and business growth.• Drive sales across institutional, project-based, and corporate segments byproviding strategic, solution-driven offerings tailored to client requirements.• Conduct timely follow-ups with current clients and continuously identify newprospects to strengthen the sales pipeline.• Deliver acquisition and revenue goals by focusing on sustained client engagementand strategic account development.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED• 3–4 years of experience in flat steel sales, including MS/CR, GP/GC, and coated steelproducts.• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related technical/commercialdiscipline.• Post-graduate qualification preferred; an MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Operationswill be an added advantage.• Experience working with OEM clients, project companies, or authorizeddistributors.SKILLS REQUIRED• Solid technical knowledge of steel products, grades, specifications, and applicationsacross industries will be a plus point.• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity withCRM systems and sales reporting tools.• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to understand clientneeds and offer tailored solutions.• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build andsustain high-value relationships.• Ability to work independently in a field sales environment while coordinatingeffectively with cross-functional teams.• High degree of adaptability and readiness to travel across assigned regions tosupport sales objective
