Manager - OSS ( Operational Strategic Services )

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate directly with the Managing Director to develop and refine strategic plans for the companys growth and sustainability. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Assist in the development of financial models and forecasting to support strategic decision-making. Provide data-driven insights to optimize business processes and operations, improving overall efficiency. Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for senior leadership meetings. Monitor the implementation of key strategic initiatives and track performance metrics. Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment on strategic goals and projects. Assist with the identification of key performance indicators (KPIs) and help ensure they are effectively communicated and tracked across departments. Support in the development of new business ventures or partnership opportunities. Assist in organizational change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during strategic shifts. Coordinate strategic meetings and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines and objectives are met. Minimum 5-6 years of relevant sales experience with building products such as TMT & Structural Steel.
