Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Manager located in Mumbai. The Service Manager will oversee the planning and execution of HVAC service operations, manage a team of technicians, ensure quality control, and maintain service standards. Responsibilities include coordinating service schedules, addressing client concerns, and ensuring efficient completion of projects. Additionally, the role involves optimizing operational processes and fostering relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service.

• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical expertise in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in project management and operations in the HVAC industry.
• Excellent communication, client management, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Experience with environmental and energy-efficient HVAC solutions is a plus.
