Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee daily workshop operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead the service team to achieve performance targets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing automotive service departments and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily workshop operations smoothly.
• Ensure high-quality repairs and timely vehicle delivery.
• Address customer concerns effectively and maintain satisfaction levels.
• Lead, guide, and support technicians to enhance productivity and performance.
• Achieve service targets while maintaining company and Honda standards.
• Coordinate with teams to maintain workflow, job quality, and service efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Manager or Service In-Charge in an automobile dealership.
• Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or related fields.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workshop environment.
