Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Service Manager to oversee the service operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring service quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance with OEM standards. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proven track record in managing automotive service teams.

Qualifications

• B.Tech / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in automobile service operations
• Strong understanding of workshop processes, service KPIs, and OEM guidelines

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage service operations across assigned branches
• Monitor service performance metrics, productivity, and process adherence
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of escalations
• Implement OEM service programs, audits, campaigns, and training initiatives
• Guide and support Service Managers, Advisors, and technical teams
• Review workshop performance and implement improvement plans
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
• Coordinate with OEM teams for updates, process improvements, and reporting
• Conduct periodic visits to workshops to ensure operational excellence.

Skills Required

• Strong technical knowledge of automobile service operations
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Ability to analyse data, improve KPIs, and drive performance
• Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in DMS, ERP systems, MS Office, and service reporting tools
• Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities and conflict management skills.
