Tele-Marketing Supervisor Location: Kolkata 'Experience: 1 -2 years (Team Lead/Supervisor) iTech is looking for a Tele-Marketing Supervisor to lead a 6-member team that manages inbound enquiries and outbound qualification calls for digital leads (Meta & Google). This is an office-based, day-shift role (non-BPO). Key Responsibilities: Monitor & motivate tele-callers to meet daily/weekly targets Oversee inbound/outbound call quality and lead qualification Ensure timely follow-ups & handover of qualified leads to iTech stores Coordinate with Sales SPOCs for prospect store visit & sales conversion Maintain MIS: call metrics, lead funnel, performance dashboards Conduct training, maintain discipline & process compliance Requirements: 1- 2 years of supervisory experience in tele-sales/tele-marketing Must have knowledge of Retail process or handling Tech products Strong communication (English/Hindi/Bengali) Basic Excel/Google Sheets, CRM familiarity Ability to manage targets & drive team productivity Experience in Sales process and have predominant exposure to outbound processes
