Job Title: Customer Service Manager - Mac & iOS Repairing Experience - Kolkata

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the customer service team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service SLAs.
  • Resolve complex and escalated customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Implement customer service policies, procedures, and service improvements.
  • Train, coach and monitor staff performance; identify development areas and corrective actions when required.
  • Review performance metrics and reports to ensure productivity and service excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve customer experience.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 7-8 years of relevant customer service experience with at least 45 years in Apple product repair (Mac & iOS) support environment.
  • Proven experience in supervising or managing a customer service team.
