Learning & Development Lead

In this role, you will conceptualize, design, execute, and evaluate learning strategies that align with our organizational goals and under the guidelines of Apple. You will lead training initiatives across Sales, Customer Experience, Service and Product Knowledge — empowering employees with the skills needed to deliver world-class Apple customer experience. You will also mentor Assistant Trainers and ensure seamless execution of learning programs across stores and regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Strategy & Implementation:

   Build and execute a comprehensive learning and development roadmap aligned with business goals and performance requirements under the guidelines of Apple.

• Program Design:

   Develop and upgrade training content, learning modules, SOPs, and assessments for multiple functions.

• Training Delivery:

   Conduct and oversee in-person and virtual training sessions ensuring highly engaging, interactive facilitation.

• Performance & Needs Assessment:

   Identify skills gaps through performance analytics, mystery audits, surveys, and feedback from managers and cluster heads.

• Coaching & Development:

   Support employees through individual development plans, capability-building initiatives, and career progression interventions.

• Team Leadership:

   Guide and mentor Assistant Trainers and training support teams for training consistency and service excellence.

• Monitoring & Evaluation:

   Track and report training effectiveness using KPIs, productivity metrics, feedback scores, and ROI indicators.

• Continuous Improvement:

   Drive innovation in training through new learning tools, LMS platforms, Apple-centric learning resources, and best practices in adult learning.

• Compliance & Standards:

   Ensure all training and certification processes meet internal policies, brand guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number and quality of training sessions conducted across categories and regions
• Improvement in learning assessment scores and on-job employee performance
• Training completion rate and certification pass rate
• Store-level performance improvement post-training (Sales, CSAT, NPS, Productivity)
• Feedback from participants, Store Managers, and Cluster Managers
• Timeliness and standardization of training reports and documentation

Qualifications & Skills

Required

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 

  3 years of experience

   in Learning & Development under

  Apple guidelines

• Proven ability to design and facilitate training programs independently
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning, documentation, and analytical abilities
• Ability to conduct engaging presentations and interactive workshops

Technical / Preferred

• Proficient in 

  Pages, Numbers & Keynote, and Apple training / demonstration tools

• Prior experience in the 

  Apple ecosystem

   or as a 

  Senior iPro

   with strong communication skills would be highly preferred
• Certification in Learning & Development will be an added advantage
