Clinical Trainer

Clinical Training

• To run & operate simulation lab by conducting training of nursing & other clinical staff.
• To manage visitors coming to simulation lab with proper presentation.
• Identify clinical programme for various set of targeted trainees & conduct training regularly.
• To conduct Basic life support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and International Trauma Life Support (ITLS) etc for various clinical staff.
• To oversee the functioning of mannequin & its maintenance.
• To conduct train the trainer programme for Incharges & Nursing supervisors.
• To create/revise content required for various clinical training.
• To conduct on the job clinical training for nursing & other clinical staff on the floor.
• To review the clinical service delivery of nursing staff od various hospital & intervene with required skill upgradation programme.
• To visit small or medium hospital in the city & to present our training capability on need basis.
• To train student registered for Shalby academy courses as per the curriculum.
• To visit other hospital of shalby as per need.
• To conduct case studies and research on various topics of clinical training.
• To visit our partnered University & colleges to represent Shalby for various training related arrangements.
• To preserve data of various training conducted in the simulation center.
• Make use of LMS platform for various training initiate for Shalby employee & its students.

Stakeholder Management

• Effectively coordinate with stakeholders for training need identification.
• Preparing training schedules ensuring high attendance and effective evaluation.

MIS Reports

• Preparing monthly training dashboard and calendars.
• Publish training completion reports with relevant details, assessment scores and training Inputs.

Employee Development Initiative

• Develop creative and innovative development initiatives for employees.
